Grundfos launches an internship programme for our Master's students

The Global Graduate Programme is a two-year development process offered to a limited number of carefully selected recent graduates. If you have the drive, curiosity, intellectual strength, global mindset and commitment to contribute to global change, then you are the talented young person Grundfos is looking for.

Programme structure

The programme offers you the opportunity to achieve your personal goals by gaining experience in three different projects and with three different teams.

During the eight-month rotations, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the project and do work that really matters. You’ll be mentored by business and functional process managers on your career path and have the chance to explore your skills beyond your core competencies and develop in ways you may not have expected.

Admission process

The application process includes a general competency screening, an online video interview, a skills assessment, a personality assessment and an online case study.

The programme is primarily open to graduating BUEB Master’s students.
