Students and faculty members from our double degree partner, Thomas More University (Mechelen, Belgium) visited the Faculty of International Management and Business (FIMB) on 9th November. The team was greeted by Denissza Blanár, Head of BBS International Relations and Mobility Office, and by Dr Judit Beke, associate professor of the Department of International Economics and Dr Dávid Harsányi, Head of Department of Marketing of FIMB.
The 70 students from Belgium and nearly 100 students from our own Faculty worked together in small international teams to solve a sustainability-related business problem. After completing the task, students presented and discussed their ideas and results together. Following lunch, they attended various courses in the Faculty, and left with a positive impression. The parties considered further cooperation important and mutually beneficial, and they recommended the continuation of the Bright Business Solutions student competition.
